The magic potions found while traveling or bought at merchant shops are essential to survive for all heroes in Disciples.

These potions will reanimate a leader or a unit or will heal hit points lost during battle.

With some potions, the leader or the unit will have better attributes like initiative, chance to hit, etc. Others rare potions will increase by 15% the hit points, the initiative, the armor or the attack of your leader or the chosen unit. Only one of these potion can be use on specific leader or unit... one of each type.

Now the leader can use one or two potions during battle, if he put them in his battle inventory, to save one of his units or his own life, but he will loose his attack on this turn.
