Ewollin the Storyteller :

"Gromdok... yes, I do know a tale about that filthy god. He certainly isn't one of the original deities and only the Greenskins even believe in his existence."

Here we go, Gromdok..., the rumors about the new god in Disciples. Interesting and fun!

Ewollin the Storyteller :

"The story I have heard points to the beasts in their original forms. When the intelligent races were flourishing and using the animals as a source of food, fur, or labor, a creature that called itself Gromdok emerged."

"He was angry with the beasts. While the Humans and Dwarves were building vast cities, the beasts accomplished nothing. He urged them to become something else, and by willing it, actually transformed a number of them."

"His people began to breed, and the results were sightly more intelligent with each generation, but also more and more deformed. The results, as it is told, are the Greenskins we know now - feral, nasty creatures."

"Hard to believe, yes... but it does make an entertaining story, doesn't it? I have told enough stories, you must get on with what you are doing. I fear a horrible battle draws near. One day I will be telling your stories."

No don't go away, I found more about Gromdok in The Head of the Beast.

"Using their arcane skills, they have deceived the Greenskins to aid them find the Beast's head, lying about its true nature. In fact, the Greenskins are convinced that they will revive their own god's fallen son, Grozdak."

"An ancient Orcish tale reveals this about Grozdak, son of Gromdok: "After slaying ten thousand Elves, or a hundred maybe, for the Orcs have no skill with numbers, he was treacherously slain by what they called "fire from the sky"". Since Grozdak was the father of wolves, and Gallean's Beast had obvious lupine features, they have no doubt as to its identity.

Now you can go away... until we get more! SFI said they will add more infos about Gromdok with the ROE's patch.
