Game Modifications at SFI :

Strategy First Inc. puts a section on their forums "Game modifications" for the modifications made by the players in the Disciples Series. You can discuss your idea and request modifications for your units from the most experienced players.

You won't get a new game but Gandalf and a few others will, on request, change the stats of your leader, like the immunities, the wards, and the attack to suit your needs. Those are not what you usually call mods, they are minor corrections that some players wanted over time to get the game more "logical" for them.

There is an easy way to modify a scenario to suit your needs and it is to open the editor and modify the stats the way you want them. You can find the information in "The scenarios", in the section "The editors".
